just on the news they have been relesed and not charged with anything. i feel sorry for them if it was nothing to do with them, as their pics and full name address have been all over the news

When i heard this on the news last night, the ian huntley cse came flashing through my mind, remember he was helpin the police tryin to find them girls, knowin all the time where they were an what he'd done to them!

I agree though Dionne people will judge them even if they are innocent!

They must of had more than suspision as they were digging up slabs of his patio and forensics were in!

He is a fcukin weirdo anyway for pretending to be part of the police and asking GMTV for a copy of the footage of the 3 people at the petrol station!

It all sounds very suspicious. His mother apparently is saying that he was with her on the night Madeleine went missing.

The police also interviewed another man and a woman.... sounds like the 3 of them make up those people that were spotted at a petrol station.

I just hope they find her in one piece and soon.

The radio has just said that they have no evidence to link him with her disappearance. I agree Dionne, its not good that they have named him before he is even charged. They did that with the guy who had nothing to do with the murders of the prostitutes as well didn't they. By all means if he is guilty then name him but they shouldn't do it before, they even said he had worked for Bernard Matthews (thanks for the trivia).

i think this has/is being handled all wrong, if this bloke is innocent then poor him! he has had his name, face, where he live and works splashed all around the world, his friends and family will no doubt deep down be questioning all this aswell, he may not recover from this is it wasnt him that took Maddie.

Of course, if it is him, then its not poor him atall and then he deserves everything he gets, but not untill its proven.

I watched something on the news last night where they were talking about the legal system out there. Apparently, unless he's labelled as a suspect by the police they can't go to the next step plus it gives him additional legal rights. Weird system, eh?
