We need four beds as OH needs an office at home that he can lock himself away in. At the moment he has a desk in the conservatory. We think we will probably end up buying a new build as we don't want to have to do anywork on the new house. Our house will be on the market in the next two weeks.

I was putting my house on the market long before you decided to sell yours and you know it. You just haven't managed to accumulate as much junk to sort out as me!
