Rang the property shop at 2pm about putting the house on the market, she came straight round, Took some photos and we signed the contract. Next thing i know 10mins later the guy just came round and put the "FOR SALE" sign up
Because we only brought it in december we knew how much it was worth ... plus one down the street has just sold for £112.000 and ours is bigger so we put it up for £115.00 .... £13,000 more than we paid for it lol!
