The funds will either be released when the buyer leaves positive feedback or after 21 days.

This will only happen once then after that it shudnt happen, mine did this. I think its if the amount is over £30.

Its just a security measure.

HTH.

Paypal = fucking thieves. They can hold or freeze funds over a dispute even after you've transferred out of your payal acct-- or even before hand. Hope it works out. Lots of jerks on ebay chargeback to get a free item. It's a shame they can sleep at night. Good Luck!

I have a paypal account..and they do hold your fund for a short (like 7-8 days) period of time IF you have it set up to your bank account. And the reason is because they wait till the money clears your bank.

If it is set up to a credit card, there is NO reason paypal should hold your funds.

I have dealt with paypal for years and never had a problem. Nor have I ever had a problem with ebay sellers being upset because my funds didnt come through right away. Probably because they get notice that your money has been sent..and know paypal holds your money until it clears your bank.

Are you sure that its paypal? As me and OH had this over him selling his mobile, we had emails from 'Paypal' but nothing coming up on his paypal account when he logged in, it was a fake email from some Nigerian scammers
