This is prob a really soppy thread so sorry for that lol
This past week or so has made me do alot of soul searching, i have tried to uncover my true feelings instread of bottleing them up, alot of the time its caused me to become a shaking mess lol but i think its worth it in the end.
Songs have really helped me lately, listeing to words help me see inside my mind and help me discover who i am etc.
When ever i have been upset over my mum or racked with guilt, there is a song i play that just coverd me in complelt calmness, i could be crying my eyes out and the min i put the song on all sad feelings go away and i feel at peace (lol sorry told you this was going to be soppy)
I was thinking of posting the words on here but not sure if i should?

My favourite cheer up and positive thought song is "Here comes the sun" by The Beatles. It reminds me that although we sometimes have troubles the sun will come shining back through eventually.

I also love Hey Jude for the same reasons but also because it was my Grandad's favourite song.
This is th song that has a really calming affect on me, the words really remind me of alot and are very true fo rme, but not in a nasty way, just in a peaceful way, its hard to explain!
