Help Needed 37 Weeks Fancy Dress Costume

As the title kinda says i'll be around 37-8 weeks at the end of october and have 2 halloween party's to grace with my presence

I need help finding a costume (preferably a bought ish one coz i cba to make one this year)

The obvious choices are Pregnant Nun which can be bought or Hillbilli Bride again can be purchased, does anyone know of any sites or have any ideas on possible costumes

It cannot be too restricting either coz i'll be walking around on crutches so no annoying flowy bits (oh and warm coz most of the night will be spent in the garden gazeebo)

I don't ask for much do i

The nun sounds funny!

Or a pumpkin??

When my mum was overdue with me after xmas, she was designing a new years eve costume and ended up being a killer tomatoe...(remember that cartoon?) lol

Is your OH going to be with you? If so, he could dress up as a baker and you could dress up as an oven/with your belly decorated like a bun.

The pregnant nun (needs a priest combo!) sounds lovely, though perhaps a bit chilly.
Just googled as I was curious what other people have come up with, and I love this one ... sounds cute and most importantly, warm!

" When I was 8 months pregnant, I painted a face on my belly and made a top hat with a card board box, that when just below my chest, i cut out a place for my arms to come out and rest on the rim on the top hat and cut out a place so I could see, I put a jacket around my waist, and was a little man with a BIG top hat, I could have won any contest with this costume. Many people were pulling over their cars to take pictures.... very fun! "

an easier one to do, if it's around halloween type of fancy dress, would be a wedding dress with a fake bloody knife sticking out of your bump. Doesn't quite embrace the bump, but I've seen it done before (halloween dress up in a restaurant) and it can look brilliant.

ah ... another easy one

"I'm going to be about 9 months pregnant on Halloween this year. I go to weekly NST's at the hospital...and I"m thinking I'm going to borrow a hospital gown, keep the wristband, and come to work with that + robe/slippers/crazy hair...and be myself "from the future" "

Gonna leave it at that ... whatever you go for in the end, make sure to post some pictures for us all to see =D

Thanks everyone, i think the nun might be the winner tbh

everyone makes such an effort for this halloween party that it's tradition if you like to really put in an effort yourself you feel odd if you don't dress up too .

OH will be with me but i doubt he'll dress as a priest, one of the guys a few years back did a very very good jesus costume though there have also been grim reapers, orvill the duck, the jolly green giant, pirates, axe murderers, pshyco patients, victims, cruella de-ville, mad scientists, scary faries and comic book heroes like ghost rider and the crow.

So we really have to make an effort, i think OH will be going to hire a costume this year though
