Ok, just remembered my stupid mother-in-law told 2 estate agents they can come value the house 2morrow. The place is a tip! I completely forgot. Also, we're not too happy about her saying they can come round without telling us first.

How tidy do you think i should try to make the house?

depends on how much longer you wanna live there... if you want more time before having to move then leave it in a tip and hopefully put prospective buyers off

hehe, but its only being valued ^_^ they wont mark the value down cause its a tip will they? lol. not that we really want to sell it, but she wants her half. Its gonna leave FIL with no where to live tho he's self employed (only for 1year so far) so cant get a mortgage
