I use carrier bags for the rollers after emulsioning as well. I love glosssing! The sanding down and getting that glass like finish, ahhhhhhhhhhh, beautiful!

i dont do any of that so i really dont know tbh but i seen thefreezer bag tip on how clean is your house becuse this woman had about 50 glasses full of spirit with old paint brushes in them and they had all gone off so it was like big blobs of jelly *yuck* and aggie said to wrap the brush in a freezer bag and pop into teh freezer and just to take out a few minutes before your ready to use again

Yeah if your doing a load of glossing over several days you can just stick the brush in a sandwich bag at the end of each day, thats what I did when I had to paint all the skirts and banister and everything in my hall, Iused the same brush for a while then. Dont think it works with water based emulsum paints though, just oil based, and for those Iuse the brus stright out of the tin, so Idont have a container to wash up anyway.
