I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hell yeah!
Cleaning the brush is the worst bit about painting. It was ok when I lived on my own but OH does like me to do the whole white spirit thing. Trouble is, I have to white spirit the handle too cos somehow it gets all covered in paint.  And even when I've done all that, 24 hours later the brush would work better as a wallpaper stripper.

| LOL Im naughty and I buy cheap paint brushes and rollers (they are the worst) so I throw them away after every use so I dont have to clean them. So far in decorating the new house Ihave got though about 16 brushes and 6 rollers! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | We had a decorator in just over a year ago. He had the same brush he'd started with and was appalled that I just binned them (and not just the cheap ones! ) |

| im done with painting, done ellas room and glossed the window sil and skirting boards, its a nightmare the gloss was like glue i didnt even bother washing the brush and the tray just chucked it haha. I was gona do the door and door frame but really cdnt be bothered so I left them as they werent that bed! Id just do what really needs it! |

| i stuck the brushes in the freezer in a freezer bag and just re used them, saves cleaning them if your going to use it for the same thing again

the freezer bag idea is genious! what about the tray with the left over paint in it PMSL |
