I'm Currently Feeling: | Credit Crunch and Christmas?? Do you think the credit crunch will stop people from going OTT at Christmas? Do you plan to not spend as much this year?
My girls wont be going without but I am not going overboard like last year and getting into debt for Christmas....(im in enough debt without adding to it! ) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think that the more you buy for xmas, the more they will start to expect.. which can only be a bad thing money wise, as xmas comes round so quickly. Im actually quite worried about money as we owe money out (not too much, but enough you know?) so we will be taking it easy this year. We are so lucky that we're living with my boyfriends family whilst waiting for our own house, so that is cutting our costs a fair bit BUT it will still be hard.
I won't be going as manic as last year, and we've already decided to spend less money on everyone else (only 1-2 pressies for everyone this year). Most of our money will be going on Bethanie.
It's easy to say this now, but ask me again a few days before xmas.. when i've spent loads lol. |

Im going to do all my shopping the first week in october and wrap it and put it away and then avoid the shops at all costs !! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We have saved a grand but I won't be spending it all on her.. I hope ! She will only be 7 months old, she doesn't need too much. Maybe some more clothes and a few 6m+ toys! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Not this year because i'll be 37 weeks pregnant and spending all my extra cash on making things perfect for the baby. It'll be gifts instead of huge presents this year! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | We don't really put a limit on how much we spend, we buy each close family member a gift (usually £50 each) and we'll take a bottle of wine round to friends etc. We spend the most on Grace and the credit crunch won't change that for us. We don't spoil her all year round and christmas and birthdays are really special to us x |

| eeeurgh, the one question i've been thinking about for past couple of months. I've next to no money and should be moving into my house just before x-mas so my close family are the only ones to expect pressies. Everyone else will just have to make do with a hug. I want to buy x-massy stuff for the baby to see as its her first x-mas (she's not born yet :-p) and she wont ever remember but i will so it has to be perfect. I tend to space out my shopping anyway from september to december in order not to make a big dent in my wallet. |
