| I pay £35 a month for a 3 bed semi.
The best thing to do is set up a monthly direct debit, as you always use crap loads of gas for heating in the winter than naff all for all of summer, so it balances itself out, if you pay the same amount throughout the year, you dont get hit by big bills in winter as it all balances itself out. | | | | Status: Offline

| our gas went up a couple of months ago from 25 to 50 so we started changing over, and the people at edf are Fs, they sent us a letter through saying the rates are going higher didn't tell us how much for maybe less then a month give a take a couple of days has gone up 50 quid. that was our final payment and it said on the letter for it to get to them 14 days pior to this letter we paid 50 and they can wait for the rest cos i think thats out rageours for less then a month over 100 quid

| What temp do you have your heating on and how long do you have it on for each day? Just turning down by 1 degree can make a huge amount of difference toy your bill. Iknew someone who had her heating on 24 hours a day and wondered why she had a gas bill for over £400! | | | | Status: Offline
