i also believe , i used to always get these two ghosts visit me in my room when i was a kid living at my mums, i always wake up in the night dont know why , and i looked to the side of me to streach and there was a ghost there with a huge grin on his face..
I turned to run off the other side of the bed and there was another ghost.

I went to punch the grinning one ( god knows why ) but i couldnt my arm was in the air ready to punch and i couldnt, turned around and the ghost was holding my arm well it looked like that anyway. i couldnt move and then screamed parents came in and they dissapereard.

My OH thinks im a loon but my mum has also seen them. Our house was where people used to be hanged. Not fun.
Always hear footsteps running upstairs and there is never anyone up there. *shivers*

oh i love this stuff and really do believe in it.

children are really susceptible(sp) to seeing spirits. My friends dad died and his daughter who was probably about 6mths at the time used to sit and look at her grandpa's chair and laugh and smile away at the chair as if someone was sitting in it!

also sometimes when im at my sil's we'll be sitting watching the telly and you can hear footsteps upstairs, so we automatically assume its her son whose 18mths and when you go and check on him he's fast asleep in his bed!! freaky!!!!

Also another when i was living in australia we lived near bush land.
My brothers bedroom was facing the bush and every night he kept getting this dream , about a little girl called sarah who had little glasses on. She would show him the house she lived in her parents everything. he would have this dream every single night but always something different in it.

One dream he got very scared and turns out she said that they all died from somebody with an axe..
My mum asked a couple of nieghbours saying how strange this was and one of the elder ones said its true.. that in the bush there was a house. People thought these people were witches , there was an axe involved but nobody knew of anything that happned with it but he whole house was burnt down with them in it.

My mum told my brother to ask her and that night he asked her i dont know exactly what was said but all i know is my brother saying that she had a big grin and she left on a train and said goodbye thank you for listening and being my friend.

freaked my mum out to , he never had a dream of her again. He was only 6 so i think there is some truth that young childern get visited alot by the spirit world.

Little girl called amy that used to live next door to my mums , always says hello to the walls because there are people in them. And every time any child walked through there front door they had there head slapped from something? all the kids used to be to scared to go to her house. they moved out soon after though!

When my Grandad died my little sister was about 2 and a half. She asked my mum if she could have a Banana and my mum said no you dinners nearly ready. When my mum went back in to the kitchen my little sister had a banana and my mum said i said no to you having that and my little sister said that Grandad had said she could have it and gave it to her. This makes me shiver!

I'm not much of a beliver in these sorts of things but New England is very famous for these ghost things because back in the days when Puritans arrived here they hunted down witches and burned them.So now it is said that they haunt all peope whos ancestors were puritans (me being one of them,never experienced any haunting ) but I my friend always tought her house was haunted,the most bizzare things happened to her family,you wouldn't belive!

I used to be a paranormal investigator until earlier ths year when our group went our seperate waysI could be found sitting in many a dark room talking to myself

Half the time it is a family relative who doesnt realise they are begining to get a bit too close or an inquisitive person trying to make themselves be noticed.

Have you tried talking out loud to them? Maybe asking them to stop doing stuff to your tv as it begining to annoy you having to try and sort it out etc...but dont be angry or shout at them as they may not realise they are being annoying!

Many strange things have happened to me over the years and I have also seen a few people, I regularly see a man in a brown suit at my work but its always out the side of my eye and when I turn to look he is gone. I would love to be able to see and talk probperly to spirit!

Oooo and I love GhostHunters...they are so fab and not at all "put on" for the camera, if they get nothing they get nothing...unlike another show I wont name!
