My poor car :-(

I just need to let off some steam rreally so here it goes

Really not my day and really really mad and upset, my OH picked up my MG to take back for its retest, turned out of her street and meet a lorry on my side of the road, i go around the lorry and Oh" a nice forklift truck goes straight into the side of the MG and opens it up like a tin opener, im going to a solicitor tomorrow but the bloke thinks hes not the one to blame, anyone on here know the laws of forklifts on public roads, he even had the forks at waist height. cant believe this could and did happen :vangry: :vangry:

Oh that is most frustrating! I'm sorry! I hope they're going to pay for it!

Something similar happened to my car. Someone crashed into it while it was parked and caused quite a bit of damange. I had no idea who did it so I had to eat the $500 it cost to fix my car.

Blimey! I've never seen anything like it! Have you phoned your insurance company to ask about this? I'm just glad the fork lift wasn't on the opposite side of you...
