I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh my gosh wow....I developed it with my first at 34 weeks, and honestly I don't remember eating much chocolate come to think of it, never thought to eat it! I ate a lot of Wendy's burgers and friends, and chips
When we get pg again I will be sure to keep this in mind and take this seriously esp. if it will lower my chances b/c I know I'm at risk again! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The actual science paper says it was when the women ate 5+ servings per week so make sure you get enough! lol
Though the author does point out there is a danger of reverse causality, i.e. women who are predisposed to pre-eclampsia might for some reason not want to eat chocolate rather than that the chocolate itself helps reduce the risk. |
