Hello all, wow its been a while since ive had time to get on and read everything, been so busy at work, we've had a re-vamp i have a new desk and computer  little things please me 
Me and Kai had that stomach bug that was goin about an i didnt eat for a week i lost loads of weight, but seem to be puttin it back on again 
Anyways hope u are all ok!
