Have any of your Lo's come home from school or nursery with something they have made for you for mothers day???

I got some bits of Amy, i love them, its a flower in a pot (painted by Amy) and a card with a lovely poem inside (not wrote by Amy obviously!)

When Amy gave it to me at nursery i nearly cried!!
It may not look likemuch to others but its my first personalised mothers day gift.

Nothing come home yet, maybe tomorrow.

She did me a Fathers day card but left it at school the last time it was Fathers day!.

Most of the mummies will get them tomorrow probably, Amy isn't in nursery tomorrow so i got it today.

What really annoyed me is one of the mum's got her flower pot and then looked at me and said to me sarcastically " i don't have a flower pot holder in my car, do you?!!" then turned and said to the nursery nurse and said "can i leave it hear til i can pick it up, it may tip over in my car!!"

How ungrateful is that! There was me holding back the tears cos Amy ran up to me so proud of what she made me and this mum didn't want hers. Mind you she seemed the type of mum who would want expensive gifts rather than sentimental gifts!

My little girl has made something at nursery, but it is a surprise, lol. She'll be bringing it home this afternoon. I know it has hand prints on it though, i had to wash the paint off her, lol!

i got a clay heart with mum painted on it form chloe, a card from bot and a poem from both too!! i did cry tho

Seren wasn't at nursery on Tuesday so she might have missed making me something or it will be there and I will get it next week. OH got a imprint of her footprint for father's day which she made at nursery.

ive not seen Kai yet today since finishin school but he told me he had made me 2 cards at school this week, i love gettin things of Kai that he's made for me!
