im planning on breast feeding but theres a time when u have to say STOP!

i dont think its right at that age!

when my brother was at school a woman would come n stick her boob thru the fence and breastfeed her 2 boys who were 6 and 10! crazy cow!

I find that a little messed up. I'm all for breastfeeding but I think if they have teeth and are capable of eating solid food it's time to give it up. Yeah it's great bonding, etc but if your kid can ask for the boob then it's just a tad creepy...IMO

That can't be good for those children developmentally.
Part of raising children is teaching them independence and self-sufficiency. What kind of message are they getting when they are encouraged to BF that late?
Two years for BF, max, in my opinion.
After that, they need to start learning to feed themselves.

I do find it very strange, but then I suppose you wouldn't be on TV if it wasn't. Having said that, now that I am breast feeding a baby that is 9 months and showing very little interest in solids, I can see me feeding a 3 or 4 year old (she'd need to share with number 2 tho lol).

In 4 years that girl will have breasts herself.
Her mother need to cut the cord and let her grow up.
