Well last week I had posted a thread about a house me and OH were looking at. We were and still are waiting to hear back from the mortgage broker to see if we're approved.
I guess its taking just a little bit too long because the house is pending a sale
Jay and I had already planned out what we were going to do to the house and just dreaming about how nice it would be to have our own place with a beautiful yard and tonnes of space. It would have been the perfect house for Angelynn to grow up in.
I kind of half expected it though and wasn't getting my hopes up. But if we are approved for a loan I am going to be sooo choked. If not than no biggie.
But I guess it's just not meant to be. All I can hope for is that the deal collapses if we are approved. Because at the price we can pay there isn't much out there to look at. Everything else is a shit hole or in a bad neighborhood.
It would be nice though for something to go our way just once is that too much to ask??
Oh sweetie I'm sorry. Don't feel like you need to rush it from this point in. When you do find that perfect house it will be worth the wait.
