This happened in my city where I often walk my dog. I cried reading this.

There is speculation the dog may have bit the child, but even so, to do this to a poor animal is beyond belief.

Honestly I am so sickened. I can't stop thinking about it. There is child protection issues here as if he can do that to an animal he could do that to a child. And doing that in front of people in broad daylight- what else is he capable of?

Sorry for being so depressing, but what a sick world we live in.

i've seen horredous animal cruelty but this tops it, let us know if they find the g!t! think is he'll get a fine and a ban on keeping animals and not much else.
