I'm Currently Feeling:  | Found a House!!!
So Jay and I are at it again. We've looked at a few houses in the past two days. What sparked the interest was a listing Jay found for a duplex for really cheap. $220,000... Thats realy cheap for here!! But we looked at it yesterday and I really don't care for it. Sketchy neighborhood and the house layout really sucked. It would be pretty cramped. So we looked at some more listings and decided to look at one that didn't have any pics. Just one picture of the front of the house which looked great!!
I LOVE it. The house is a "handyman special" which is perfect for Jay and I because he is a contracter. It needs quite a bit of work but thats perfect for us. The layout is great, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Also the house backs onto a field with pathways and a golf course. We also would have a view of downtown. And the yard is huge!!! There's already 3 bedrooms upstairs and the basement is undeveloped so we can decide what to do with it. There's potential for 3 more bedrooms and a TV room!!!
So now I'm really hoping that our mortgage broker can work something out for us. We don't really have anything right now to put as a downpayment which is unfortunate. But our broker has been working with Jay and I think that she will do her absolute best to get us into this house. It would be perfect for us. There's also a park and schools nearby which would be fantastic for Angel because I wouldn't expect to move from the home for at least 5-10 years.
Please pray for us girls this is a great oppurtunity for us. I have tried hard not to get too excited about the house but I failed... miserably!!! We just need your wishes and hopes. I will keep you all updated
