Have just been nosing on ebay and found this? is it a con or not just wondering thought i might bid out of interest but dont wanna waste my money.

I wouldnt...

were are the hand positions, the back ground, the meaning of Reiki?

All you will be getting is the attunment (thats if its not a con) you wont know how to handle it or how to use it because there is no other training
