Help! So bloated!!

Sorry about all these new threads I keep making! I know I seem to go through heaps of new ones

I didn't know where else to post this so I hope it's okay to post in here.

I've never been so bloated in my life and was wondering if any of you knew what to do? I'll do anything to get rid of this! It's awfully uncomfortable and it's putting strain on my lower back too. I'm usually only ever bloated just before my period but I'm not due for that for a while yet and this bloating is extreme!

Sorry about the pics, thought they may help and also my digital camera has run out of batteries so had to use the webcam!
Bare in mind, I usually have a pretty flat tummy.

Thanks xx

Wow, I'd kill for a belly like that! lol

Have you tried taking diurex? That might help.

It's a water pill and you can get that (or something like it) from any pharmacy or drug store.

Is AF due?

Any chance you might be developing lactose intolerance?
An old roommate of mine started getting that in her early twenties, and her belly would get all puffy and distended, similar to yours in the picture.
Try going off dairy for a few days and see if it helps, maybe?
Or any other foods that you might be suspicious about?

You know, I was wondering that. My sister and 2 of my nephews can't have dairy or wheat and my mum is ok with dairy but can't have wheat. I get this really growly tummy but it used to only happen every 5 months or so.. I've had it for quite some years but it seems to be happening almost every other day now.
