FaceBook Groups..Worth a look

In regards to a member on here the other day who was asking for all the help she could get in regards to some twat who decided that to start a hate campaign against her for no reason,
I was looking through my local paper site this am and found this::

http://www.thisiscornwall.co.uk/home...l/article.html

It just goes to show that whilst face book is a good site to an extent, they have left loads of holes leaving it open for people to take advantage and abuse others knowing there is fook all anyone can do about it

it makes me sick, that people nowadays are so shallow read quarter of the truth then make the rest up to suit themselves,
I used to think 60s/70s were a bad time to be in, but Im starting to wonder if back then they had the right idea in the way people lived there lives!

Sorry rant over!

i find it shocking that people haven't better things to do with their time than set up these groups just to be vile to someone

I think all these sites should be banned in my opinion. Some of the ones you find on Bebo and Myspace where 13/14 yr old girls are posting pictures of themselves in underwear etc.

But that's my opinion, don't bite me if you like them lol.

I have a profile On vampire freaks (a site for goths/emos)
and its that site is open for all to see, unlike FB and Myspace (I dont know bebo) you cant set your profile to private, the amount of times I have sat there and seen profiles of girls showing everything then realising they are like 13 is uncountable!

Eewww that is just so wrong, it makes me wonder whether some parents actually realise what their children are upto on the internet

For that exact reason Em will never have private accsess to a PC/laptop, not that i think for a moment she would flash her bits to all and sundry but more a case of what she could see!!

its just sick aint it!

anyone can make a group on facebook about anyhting. the groups should be monitored and checked over before the group is allowed to go public.

unfortunatly, its a never ending story. facebook have made big money and dont really care about its users anymore.
