I had a new conservatory built in January and have had nothing but problems since:
The outside door has dropped and doesn't open.
The inside door is stiff and sometimes I can't open the handle withouthelp from my husband.
There is a leak where the roof attaches to the house wall.
The outside door isn't sealed, so leaks when it rains.
They haven't sealed the wall to the floor, so brick dust accumulated and needs to be hoovered up avery week.
So I called them and they have arranged to send a manager - so here starts the thing that makes me REALLY cross. They only work Monday to Friday, 9-5, so I have to take time off work to make sure someone is in when they come. Never mind that it is THEIR problem, so they should put themselves out for me.
I have had 4 appointments now:
1- No show - I phone them after they should have showed and they say "sorry, he is held up so won't make it after all. Make another appointment". So I do.

2 - There was sickness at work, so had to go in - the manager refused to see me before his other clients, so I had to cancel.

3 - No show again - when I phone, they claim I have the wrong week and it is in fact the following week (now today)

4 - Have just recieved a voice mail to say that the manager is off sick and won't be coming. They offer no alternative i.e. sending someone else, just that THEY will phone ME to arrange a suitable time for the manager to see me.

As you can imagine, I am now livid!!

I am writing them a letter, stating the above, demanding they make an appointment to see me during MY time (an evening or a Saturday) and if they do not keep this appointment, I will be seeking legal advice.
Sorry for the rant - just had to get it off my chest!!!!
