Hey Yvonne,

Try not to worry about back surgery, at 17 Ihad major spinal surgery and had to wear a body brace for 6 months 24/7. At the time it was hidious cause I was turning 18 and very aware of my apperance, and it was all really scarey, but it was the best move, I have no back problems now, its so worth the short term duscomfort and disruption for the long term gain.
