I noticed that we really wasnt using the full allowance so I have reduced them both to...
30 p.m 200 mins and 1000 text!! Crazy that for a tenner less Im sacrificing loads of allowance!!
Anyway.... its an 18 month contract.... DAMM
and doesnt end till like next april
BUT just looking at new customers... for £30 a month I would get unlimited text and 600 mins...!! ITS NOT FAIR!!!
When I was with 02 under a 18 month contract they rang me direct and offered me a new phone after 12 months and a new price plan!!! Which I excepted and now my younger sis has it!! One month my sis went over on her messages and I rang and they just gave me unlimited messages just like that!! I was happy with their customer care!!
now I was just wondering if anyone has had similar service from vodafone and whether anyone has any tips for getting a new phone after 12 months instead of the 18 months!??!!
Phones really age and were so fed up with them!! Ive already had to buy a new one cos my contract one broke!!
