it is always last thing in the day! who gets the morning deliveries?! why not just say "it will be in the afternoon coz we dont do much in the morning".

i am getting a new american style fridge and dishwasher tomorrow, yay!

i waited 16 weeks for my bed to arrive... they got a lot of phonecalls and then they wrote to me asking me not to phone them!!!! So i phoned them, the lady didnt like my idea of sending me her bed while i waited and she could sleep on a mattress on the floor. grrrr
