I'm Currently Feeling: | When I had a Samsung, It had a 'Blocked' phone number bit built in. I have a Nokia now but this doesn't have it. Like PP said, Ring your phone company and they'll be able too block it for you. |

| We had this problem a few years, but we're with BT.
I phoned them up, and there was a way of reporting/blocking the number. Can't remember what we did now.
We got it free for 1 month then cancelled it. It did stop the calls.
Its definitely worth phoning virgin about it. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I would contact police, or some kind of civil servant - this is harassment and I'm sure there has to be a law of some kind to protect you. Search around and find out what your rights are |

I'm Currently Feeling: | we were having prank phone calls at the restaurant a week before I left!!! They were ppl getting rude and booking fake tables!!
I phoned the police and the original advice is to change number but being a business not possible!!
They give you a crime number.... then phone your landline provider!!
BT do this thing where.... when they ring you hang up and immediately type in this special pin they give you!! This blocks all future calls from this number!! Maybe Virgin have the same type of thing!!! (however we couldnt get this in the restaurant either)!! So I recorded the time and date of the calls and told BT!! They traced the number and passed it on to the police!!! They have stopped now.... so
I hate prank calls its like..."what the hell do ppl get out of it??" Its not like they can even see you getting wound up!! No entertainment value at all in my eyes!!
Hope you get it sorted |
