Dogs and baby

I have 2 dogs and recently i found a few ticks on them and worried that it will get on the baby. But i don't like leaving them outside 24hrs when baby comes.
I'm now 37 weeks pregnant.Anyone has any advice?
Last week i got them injected to prevent ticks but i know it's not 100% effective.

If you've found ticks on your dog then they will have already latched onto their host and ticks will usually not leave until they've 'had their fill' so to speak. At which point they will be engorged with blood and will not look for another host. I would just dispose of them as usual and I would doubt they would get on your baby unless your baby was outside with the dogs.

I might be wrong but I think ticks are host specific so they only feed off certain groups of animals. I don't think dog ticks would be interested in humans. I might be wrong though and I'm too tired to look it up! Sorry!
