I can't believe what i have just seen advertised on the tv. A company called kidzclaimz who take on legal claims for children who have had accidents outside the home for example in school or at the playground! I am all for kids safety but all kids will have accidents and how can you blame someone and sue?

I was angry enough when a dinner lady at the last school I worked at slipped on a chip and broke her ankle. She sued and won taking money from the children. I wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't her job to pick up the chip off the floor anyway. I think we are becoming a nation of people who just want to blame everyone else!
