Heaters

Does anyone know how these work?
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...Bradiators.htm
Iwant to get a mini oil heater to put in a walk in cuboard to dry hanging nappies when its raining outside but the heat isnt on inside (ie a lot of autumn and spring) Ihave no idea how these little heaters work, does anyone have one?

Do I need to go out and buy oil for them like normal oil central heating (if so where from) or do you just plug them into the wall and they have oil in them that is just warmed?
