I USED to love anywhere with a big night life and hot sun!! So in the past 3 years ive been magaluf, Benidorm(about5 times) Ibiza (san Antonio) , Ayia Napa and Faliraki.....And I MISS THEM Never again am i going to be able to party the night away.....Forgot sight seeing i used to go from hotel to beach, beach to club, club to bed and start the day again!!! I Used to go on about 3-4 holidays a year and because OH's mum lives in benidorm we would go there once and his dad lives in maylasia *spelling* we would go there once a year too.....

Now im destined for bloody butlins (not that anything wrong) .......lol

Might as well pack my slippers and dressing gown now......lol

Best holiday -Now that is a tough question because i love different kinds of holiday.

Best beach destination - St Lucia, mainly because i got married on the beach there.
Best Ski Destination - Banff, Canada - Amazing scenery and great skiing.

Best city break - Singapore
Best Romantic Break -Venice, soo romantic and amazing.

I guess i've been lucky enough to visit so many amazing places.

LOL im so like you hun!!!
Done Ibiza, magaluf, Ayia napa, malia, zante, tenerife all with the girls!! I refuse to admit its over though!! Were planning long weekends in magaluf for hen purposes and I def want to do a week in zante for my hen in 2010!!!

I also refuse to go to Butlins not that i think its below me or anything but I just think you end up spending a FORTUNE!!! The weather is more often than not crap and its just so expensive!!!

I think a week in portugal with me OH and LO will be next year when shes nearly 1!!!

I know what you mean i keep trying to tell myself i will get a holiday.....all mine and OH's mates are off on the yearly holiday in august......2 weeks in Zante this time and like normal there's well over 30 people going......and for the first time in 5 years me and OH aint going

OH was trying to go.....but me being mean and jealous said he cant lol incase baba comes really early.....lol

But im glad we aint going in a way because the holiday always consists of Drink, sun and sex. And last year when we were in magaluf we got thrown out of our hotel 2 days before we were due to leave (dont ask) so about 40 of us decided to camp on the beach but obviously didnt sleep and 48hrs later we werent looking the great on the flight home....lol

OH NOW I WANT TO GO!!!!! See what you done to me.....

Same here, I couldn't really pick one destination, so I've put them in categories like owo

Best Beach: Playacar, Mexico (outside of cancun, nice and quiet)

Best Skiing: Serre Cevalier, France (first went with school when I was about 11 and I've been back about 20 times)

Best City: Oooo this is a tough one, it's a close call between Dubai City, UAE and Amsterdam, Netherlands both for different reasons though. I loved Dubai city because it was like going home for me, I spent a lot of years there as a child and I missed it so much! Amsterdam was a great city break because of the culture. Can't pick, sorry!

Best Romantic: Corwen, Wales, as silly as it sounds it was truly the best romantic break we've ever been on. We rented a secluded cottage and spent the best week there, I guess you have to like walking and scrabble, but I loved it!

Best Adventure: Trans Siberian Railroad without a doubt. We've done the 4 main routes, and each time was totally different!

Aww that sounds like fun a big group of couples etc!! When we go its just the girls and it used to be about other men etc but its not now cos most of us are in a relationship!! Bad thing about having the same group of friends as your OH.... LO cant stay with daddy when you go away lol!!!

Lol we got warnings in magaluf!!! There was 10 of us... plus another big group of lads from northampton in the bloody same hotel!! Ran riot lol!!

Sorry to rub the salt into the wound even more but ZANTE is AMMMAZZING haha!!! I loved it so much Want to go back and I def will before I get too old for it all!!
Upsets me cos of the 2 girls who have just got back from LA are acting like Europe aint enough for them anymore!! Im sure it will wear off though!! It can be tough booking a big hol though... suiting everyones needs etc!! Time off work and place they want to go to!!! I have 3 younger sisters though so I always have them to drag with me lol!!!

I've only ever been to Benidorm! But I love it there.
Me and OH wanted to go away this year together but we've got a baby on the way so we haven't gone. Were going when Lexie will be abit older

Yeah its couples and singles just everyone, we did start doing all girl holidays but to be honest it was alot more fun with the lads so we all decided to start going together and have ever since.....and we never have a problem deciding weather to go.....as long as there cheap drink and its bloody hot and has class night clubs then we go lol.....Oh how i miss a big *fish bowl* filled with sex on the beach or vodka and coke

Oh well like you say there are still years to come but will have to see if grandparents want baba for a week as wouldnt drink with him there..... i thinks i may look at holiday pics when i get home.......just to cheer me up XXX

Oh I shouldn´t have looked at this thread, I sooooo want to go away on holiday.

I can´t choose a best or fave place, I´ve been really lucky and done a lot of travelling. Backpacking in New Zealand, was prob one of my all time faves though. From that holiday one of the best bits that always stays with me, was sitting on a bench on a clifftop with DH eating fish n chips and sharing a can of coke and watching yellow eyed penguins come in onto the beach and waddle up to their nests - magical.

The only place we´ve been on holiday was last year we went for a week to visit family in sunny Lancashire, UK (and it rained for the whole week)!!!

But we live in Benidorm so I suppose we´ve got the sun etc. Would be nice to go somewhere and be a tourist for a bit tho!!!
