I'm not sure hun, but don't think the dentist will do anything major whilst you're pregnant. The thing about pulling wisdom teeth is that there's a greater risk of infection as it leaves a large wound, so probably best to try and stick it out if you can.
I do really sympathise with you though hun, as had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed last year. Hope they don't cause you too much trouble.
xx

I think tehy'd be reluctant to pull them, its quite a major procedure and leaves a large wound.
If you tooth is just cutting through its perfectly normal, they're prone to infection though and from my experience dentists are reluctant to pull wisdoms that are cutting through normally. good luck though.

A good dentist will be unlikely to pull your wisdom teeth anyway unless you are having serious problems with them. I have one that grows sideways into my gum and is hard to clean so sometimes it gets infected, I was told it wouldn't be pulled unless it got really bad. I just have to clean it extra hard and try pull my gum away to make sure it's clean. Have a few days of scrubbing hard and you will probably find the soreness goes.

Hey! I actually work in the dental field! Dentist DO extract wisdom teeth during pregnancy ..but usually ONLY in emergency situations.. Like an infection, tooth broke and can't be fixed with a filling and crown... and so on.. I'd suggest waiting until you have the baby if you aren't in pain.. You will be put on pain killers for a few days after... Good luck, hun!

They most likely sedated him then.. I had mine extracted while I was awake.
