| Normally I would say send it back, but after reading all the hassles you had I would definately say keep it, if its a big company and you called the call centre to say they had made another mistake I'm sure they would tell you to keep it too |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I have worked in retail for on and off 20 years...( damn I am so old).....
i would keep it....Its not like a cashier scanned it once but gave you 2 and you knew about it...and left store.
This company shold be organized enough to have a record of the 1st delivery and not send it out again!!!!!

I would totally keep it, it's their fault they can't get themselves together. I wouldn't worry too much, so much stock get's broken before it's even shipped with companies like that, plus they buy them for a pittance... that's what they have insurance for, stock write offs etc. |
