I'm Currently Feeling:  | Leaky House!!
Oh no..... 
Last week I noticed a wet patch on the wall, about half way up on the chimney breast, it was like tears running down the wall!!
Over the last few days with the weather its gone a little worse, its just like a big patch and drips going down the wall!!
My OH just walked in our spare room and shouted me, all the wall paper is bumpy, like its damp. Its the oppisite side of the house to the chimney breast so its not the same wall..
WHATS WRONG WITH MY HOUSE???? IS IT GOING TO FALL DOWN??? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sweetie, how old is your roof? We own a roofing company so it could be a roof leak.
Could be that the roof needs repairs or changing or could be the flashing (metal) around the chimney on your roof needs to be redone or sealed properly. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Sounds like your chimney stack leaking to me. It's not uncommon. In our house we have a little damp in the chimney breast high up too. You'll need a builder to come and look at it though to check out the problem. They should do it for free though and give you a price for fixing. My parents got part of the chimney stack rebuilt a while back but I can't remember how much! |
