any one no any secret magical ways to quit smoking im finding it really didfficult even to make myself try im hoping that when iv had the pregnancy confirmed on the 16th it will help this feel more real and then il start trying properly because i dont want to force my unborn child to smoke helllp

In second tri there is currently a HUGE thread on quitting smoking. There's a bit of rowing in the middle but lots of useful advice, particularly towards the most recent pages.
