I'm a rep KX. But I do it slightly different.

Kayleigh does all the hard work, she does all the street trudging and book collecting, etc. I only look after the money and do the ordering and stuff. She has only done 4 campaigns so far, and her average sales per campaign have been £140. That may not seem much, but she's only 13 and getting £30-£40 every 3 weeks, so she's happy!

I'm going back work in a week as well, so I'm hoping to get some extra sales for her there. The books don't cost that much, but it does get annoying when people just throw them away. I think the hardest bit is the first couple of campaigns, but after that it seems to get easier.

Bexxie - I'll be interested to know your 'scam' if you've got time to pm me!

Oh, and KX - be prepared to spend some money yourself. Our delivery came yesterday, and I owe £32! But then again, if I had bought from the books as a customer, it would have been over £50.
