I can understand the shutting of things down etc but there is no way that i agree that i can go up tp someone or for my own use get access to the person i want unless they want and are ready to come through.

For years i have sat and lit candles and begged my nan to come through but the nan i see as a little girl is now content in her world and knows I wont need to see her other than my own gratification and I know now its hopeless.

I see loads of animals lol especially my old cats,funny when they walk thought he telly or wall.

said hello to a man the other day riding a bike like normal and mum pissed herself when i said he ignored me she said he had been dead two weeks,well bugger me he didnt look at all different so sometimes I have no idea that what I am seeing is dead/alive whatever.

yeah Bex, thats the only down side to all this, you can ask for someone to come through but its there will in the end, if they dont want to then they wont.

I couldnt handle seeing spirit everyday, im an empath too so its very draining, you must be real good to be able to be open 24/7. the most spirit readings i have ever done was 10 in a row, and it really wore me out.

I really admire those who can talk and read with them all day every day and do it for a living, it takes alot of strengh to do that i think.

I get more drained when people are emotional atek for instance if my friends are depressed or crying then I am like a sponge its horrid.

The seeing of spirits doesnt affect me because they arent asking anything of me. Only time that i got upset is the time i see a man walking his dog wtith his wife holding his hand i stopped to stroke the dog (I love dogs) and noticed fuck she isnt here,how do I deal with this?

I said to him (dont ask me how I knew?) You have just lost Je** havent you? he replied yes and I thought sod it and said well she is holding your hand right now and she is telling me to tell you,you must let her go,light a candle for her at mass,(now that is ironic dont you thnk giving catholic system) he had tears in his eyes but agreed. I see him two weeks later at the church (the spiritulist) and he was so happy and relieved because he reaised he hadnt lost her she just was in another room.

Now when someone dies to me they are just waking in another room that we (well except me and those like)cant see,they havent gone just moved on for a little while,also in this plane/world there is not a concept of time like here so whilst we grieve for years,to spirits time is unimportant.

i love ghostly things no word of a lie i was sat in russ own bedroom bedroom was quiet and we heard someone say edward which is his dad and it sound like his nan who had died 2yrs ago me and russ were the only ones in and it came from behind the curtain and his nan and grandad haunt the house if u sit down on the bed they blow kiss at u im serious they blow conituinal on the face and no it anit a draft !!!

WOW, how interesting. This whole thing interests me so much but at the same time i find it very scary. This topic has been a great read for me, i'd love to be able to "bring" spirits over but dont know if i'm brave enough.

ooo i love ghost stories ! (scares me though!!)

My ex's house is known to be haunted and one night scared the living crap out of me !!!

Its was just us at home, (the house is huge!) i was up in his room putting my face on as we were off out to the pub!! he was downstairs. all was quiet then i felt realy weird and heard footstpes coming towards me getting louder and louder, so shouted out to OH thinking he was coming up the stairs and he shouted back up to me from outside (he was out having a fag !!) so then reslising that he was outside and infact it wasnt him coming up the stairs i SCREAMED !!! slammed the door shut and hit under his duvet!!!!

He came running up the stairs thinking something had happened! i told him and was shaking like a leaf!! and he was like "oh is that it?" stuff happens so much in their house they they dont think anything of it but i was pooping my pants (and cryed !!!!lmao!!!)

Just thought of something else !... odd things would always happen at the house we used to live in (lived there until i was about 11) we would come down in the morning and all the plates/cutlery would have been moved around etc ! then one night, i had this doll and if you press her belly she starts crying or laughing etc, and in the middle of the night this doll started crying and i screamed so loooud !!!!

A few years later (we had moved by now)mum found out that some one had hanged themselves in the attic in that house years before we moved into it!!!!!! *shivers*
gives me the creeps thinking about it !!!
