And the couples are constantly taped and the parents can intervene whenever they want during the show. The babies are in no danger whatsoever.
Well, all of them are university students except one couple.I don't think anyone of them wants a baby straight away...but this experience will scar them for life! They will make it as though they wouldn't be good parents which I don't believe it's true...

Plus, even though, parents are watching the whole time,I still wouldn't want my child to go through that stress.

I will watch it however,it's only 6 episodes,I really want to see the end!

I haven't watched it but you have no idea how many threads we had to remove when the show first came out--they were spamming the forum like crazy

Oh,sorry!

It just started last week in Us,that was the first time I heard of it!

This probably won't spam the forum, there are much more Brits here and they had their 'Baby Borrowers' time!

Good! I already thought I'll have the Mod army on my tail!

Dizzy-I did watch one episode of Maury and there was this 15 year old that had sex about 300 times to get pregnant. It made me sick so I never watched it again.

But I don't think this is quite the same thing. On the american version, the couples are about 19,20 and all in stable relationships, getting their education.I really don't think they would be that bad at parenting.Of course, they are still too young to plan kids....

Yeah I dunno, I just feel its really just setting them up to fail. I don't think I'll be a bad mom, but if you put me on that show they'd probably end up taking my child away from me as soon as I push her out!! I know I wouldn't perform having a strange 6 month old baby who is probably going through seperation anxiety from their mom and put with me, a complete stranger who has NO idea what the baby likes or is used to, what calms them down. I saw one preview and the mom was like "you give her a bath before bed so she knows its bedtime". Okay, not every child has a bath before bedtime, HOW were those teenagers expected to know that??

The show just really riles me up.

I'm kind of interested in the show just to see what it's about but it comes on at the same time that another show I like comes on so I've never watched it. Must say I do think it'd be a great form of birth control, for most people (not just teens) to have to take care of a newborn

But would I let them use my child in the show? No way no how
