I'm Currently Feeling:  | Anyone else find themselves...
really upset by the hollyoaks story where Tina is giving her baby away?
I know it's not real but it's really upsetting me - I feel like climbing in to the TV, grabbing Tina by the arms and screaming "Keep him, keep him!!" ...and then slapping her 'sister' round the face and giving her what for - Can't she think about more than her own selfish desire to have a baby? That baby is not hers and never was - He's Tina's! :'(
I look at him in SCBU and think, he needs his mummy - he needs her love and his mummies milk!
Am I being silly? Maybe it's just the  making me all emotional! lol |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I think the whole storyline is a bit poor to be honest!!! It topped it off when Jackie tried to hand them a "contract" on a scruffy bit of paper in the pub!! I mean it wouldnt mean anything!!!  Also it is indeed Tinas baby... I mean I dont really understand surrogacy but i was under the impression surrogacy is where you carry the baby and the eggs and sperm come from elsewhere!!
Also the fact they thought she got preg after inserting tonys sperm that was left in a microwave... wow miracle!!
the baby looked so big to be about 8 weeks early to lol...!!
It is really sad, and i dont think its going to end happily ever after...  |

its not actually tonys baby its russ's
and this story linemakes me cry so much i was feeding jack when i was watching today and it made me feel so sad xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I want her to keep him! I do think its unfair on Jackie as she has believed its her and tonys baby all the way through pregnancy. But infact it is actually Tinas baby and now she has had her womb removed he will be her last. Why would you give you one and only baby away? Watch someone else bring him up? Im sorry i just couldnt do that! Its a difficult situation! xx |

It is really sad, and i dont think its going to end happily ever after... | Actually surrogacy can be using the surrogate mother's eggs or using doner eggs- this can be when the mother does not have her own, or for whatever reason.
I'm not against surrogacy... but all members need to be game! Tina wants her baby... and now she can't have any more!! Surely her sister will have the compassion to insist that Tina keep her baby?!  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I think if Tina decides to keep the baby which i think she should given the hysterectomy then it will all come out about it being Russ's baby.
I dont think the way they went about the storyline wasn't great, being a surrogate for someone is such a wonderful and selfless thing to do they could have done it a lot better |
