I'm Currently Feeling: | Apple *MAJOR RANT* I'm so mad right now... I love apple's products so much, I swear by them.
My husband bought an ipod video last year in june, and it has got 1 year of warranty but the warranty was over June 1st 2008. The ipod just died!!!! Does not work anymore. (1 Month after the warranty is over!!!!)
I called the apple support, they of course told me they can't do anything about it because the warranty is over and my husband didn't take the extended 1year warranty plan. (I knew that because I've had problems in the past with my laptop, but still managed to get it fixed by them with a bit of yelling) Well the guy was such a dick, it's only been 30days that his damn warranty is over!!!
He said to me he can't talk to me and can't do anything about my problem. Though he said I could send them the ipod back and they'll give me 10% off on my next purchased... WTF?!!! 10% off? That bloody ipod cost almost 300$ and within a year it's fucked and you wanna give me 10%? fuck.
I'm mad. Sorry for the rant, I needed to get it off my chest.  apple |

Whats wrong with it?? does it just not turn on??
have you tried the technical support website... that helped me!!! It showed me how to reset it (after I thought it had completely broke) and I managed to get it working again   |

I'm Currently Feeling: | oh no... a sad ipod icon doesnt sound good!!! Reminds me of that SATC when carrie loses all her work and that sad face comes up on her comp!!!

You shouldnt of had to been expected to take out the extended warranty, if the product they sold you was fit to do the job you wouldnt need one ... obviously it isnt to have completely broken within 13 months!!
Apple are so useless, my mum took out a contract for an iphone, they sent it to her then 2 weeks later contacted her to tell her they had changed their mind and she couldnt have it anymore ... i told her to tell them she's keeping the phone and its their f**k up but she's too nice lol |
