| £35 a month for gas and leccy for a whole house is very very low. I'd ask them to check that as you may end up with a very big bill if it's underpayed. Is the £84 a final bill they've taken? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | its not a whole house babe its a 2 bedroom flat!! But yeh after a month I will make sure its right!!
We were only paid £25.... based on estimate (with npower) and then they wrote and it said based on there estimates we need to start paying £84 per month... 1st april this started...!! Been having phone calls with them since as we gave them a proper reading and thankfully they had MAJOR MAJOR over estimated!!!
Last month they said it was cancelled and they owed us some from 1st junes dd.... waiting for cheque!!
Checked my internet banking and they bloody took it again!!!
Spoke to them though and they are refunding it tomorrow.... THEY BEST BLOODY BE!!! |

| Our bills went up too, it's shocking. The economy is shot to pieces, really going thru tough times - credit crunch, recession, whatever you call it, time to tighten the belt (so no more shoes for moi!). x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It's so annoying isn't it! We've fixed with Scottish Power and our monthly payment will be £120! We're struggling so much as it is without all the bills going sky high. TBH our debt is so bad I don't even know how to deal with it, my own fault really |
