Went to a preschool pool party last week and they had two chickens. Here's the funny thing. Take a look at these pics:




Chicken Bingo!

You pick a number and see if one of the chickens poops first and on your number.

omg!! I think that's a fantastic, I'd love to have some chickens!! If I didn't like living in London so damn much I'd happily move out and buy a little country house somewhere with a little farm... hehe

Chicken are ace!! i love chickens my grandad used to breed bantams (the fancy chickens) i even had a pet cockerel untill it started crowing in the house and it got put out with the others.
They are just so dim its funny! great entertainment value, obviously they will peck, they are looking for food.
We had a couple of cockerels who were angry little buggers but if you show that you are not frightened of them they were generally ok!

You do have to be ware of foxes as they can chew through chicken wire and dig quite well so they will need to be put away at night.

Have a look for ex battery hens or you could look at bantams
