I'm Currently Feeling: | Private let without using an agency Layla?
I seen a house for £600 a month it has a jacuzzi in it but OH looked lik I just choked him!
This brand new three storey executive style home within a private courtyard location briefly comprises Entrance Hall, Ground floor Cloaks/w.c., Lounge/Diner, Fitted Kitchen having an excellent range of beech wood effect fronted wall and base cabinets with granite effect worktops being stylishly tiled above and having an inset stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap over, integrated stainless steel fronted Diplomat electric oven together with a matching 4 ring halogen hob. Integrated appliances include separate fridge, freezer and dishwasher. On the first floor there are 2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom. The Bathroom is impressively fitted with a white suite of panelled Jacuzzi bath, pedestal wash hand basin and close coupled w.c., heated chrome towel rail, radiator, ceramic tiled flooring and inset ceiling spotlights. The Second Floor is occupied by the Master Bedroom comprising a spacious room together with Walk-in Dressing Room and En-Suite Shower Room. This property is well worth an inspection. The property benefits from oil fired central heating and new UPVC double glazing. To the outside there is an impressive herringbone brick paved patterned courtyard area providing access into the Development with off road and guest parking, whilst a wooden farm style gate opens to a tiled driveway again providing ample parking extending to the single garage which has remote control metal roller doors together with both power and lighting. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn but has a paved patio area. |
