I'm Currently Feeling: | You should be VAT exempt - all essential medical equipment and related costs are. What's broken and how and wha...? |

| that's what I thought, but not sure if he said "+ vat" or "excluding VAT" when I called. The left motor drive is completely broken - I went over a threshold at the council and the wheelchair got stuck - then it stopped working |

Over a small bump in the door? Was the door not wide enough?
You are VAT exempt (or should be - I know I am!) - get a written quote though and phone about - prices vary quite a lot. |

| yeh, it's one of those small metal bump things that make the doorway pretty flush, so that there's no step. Something was wrong with it and the mariokart got stuck (it was lifted about 1/2 an inch (my chair will go up any step upto 2" high, so it shouldn't have been a problem, I think something must have got caught) |
