Im so angry....

vauxhall sent us a letter back in may basically explaining its a product recall and some work was needed to be done on it!! Letter even explained "work case scenerio.... the oil may self-ignite"!!!! LOVELY!!!

Anyways they finally got the part in to fix our car and OH took it this morning for 9am as they asked!! He said he didnt mind if I didnt go

Him thinking it was only going to be a couple of hours was going to wonder round town!! he has just phoned me and they are not doing the work till 12 o'clock........... MY GOD.... who do they think they are???

their mistake..... and they leave us without a car for the day!!! He is now WALKING home!!!

Im going with him to pick the car up and then give them a piece of my mind!!! I really think they should have gave us a courtesy car!! Its just disgusting!!

I do this job hun and i know how much a pain in the arse it can be.

Your entitled to so much so make sure you ask for it next time ... ask for either a car or for them to come pick up your car and to drop it home once its all done.

It was crappy of them to have asked you to be in at a certain time then not specify to your OH that it wasnt a waiting appointment.

Oh and next time by a Renault and get looked after by lovely ladies like meeeee lol

as it turns out it didnt take my OH long to walk home.... and they did the work quick and he could have waited after all!! And he didnt mind walking back... I wanted to go but he said I would slow him down lol!!!

I wish I had originally gone!! HAHA would love to have seen the scenerio if they had made me walk home..... !!!
