I have been told now that my MIL has just put botox in her cheeks and she has lifted her eyes.

She's 52

I am not against these if there is a problem with the face, but she didn't have a problem, she just looks as her age. DH is in shock too and cannot believe it.

I can't believe that woman! she is just scared of growing old. She has been 48 yrs old for the past 5 years! yeah.. this is what she has been telling everyone

id love my boobs reduced and lifted.

perhaps it was affecting her confidence and self image? Quite often people see themselves differently to how we see them. we live in a society where youth and beauty is everything and goodness knows how a lot of us will feel when we hit her age. i say 'well done' if it makes her feel better!
