should women cook?

i just had an argument with someone over this and this resulted in them calling me lazy

When OH is at work i clean the house, the washing, washing up (bearing in mind i dont have to cos OH has a dishwasher) i do all the chores around the house for my OH,

only thing i dont do is cooking, my OH likes to cook, he aint bothered about me not doing it, i dont like it, i have my reasons, one of which im not a good cook.
my OH used to be a cook for 16 years

so my question is do you cook or does your OH cook?

We both cook, depending on who's home when (he gets off earlier than me but on days that I don't work I cook). We also both do the cleaning and he helps me with laundry when he's home (he's hopeless at remembering to change loads ).

Stan remembers 4 hours later or so--but you don't get much laundry done with his method!

my OH always cooks, the kitchen is his domain- he does the dishes too most days. We both clean bathroom and i do the washing and usually general cleaning. The only time he puts washing in is when he does his chef jacket, and usually then he dumps stuff already in there on the freezer-which i like mizzi have to wash again!! But the thing that bugs me is he won't even look for any other whites to go in the wash with his jacket!! So it goes in on own unless i catch him and then tell him there some that can go in with it...arghh!! xx

I love cooking but can't always manage to cook. DH is a better cook than me though. Sometimes I cook, sometimes he cooks, sometimes we both cook
