| Pregnant (Expecting) Active BnB Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 12 | Grandparent Names Wasn't sure which area to post this but thought I'd try here. I'm due in november and have been thinking lately about what mine and my partner's parents will be called or want to be called. Did you just stick with grandma and grandad? Is nana mostly used by maternal or paternal grandmothers?  |

| Mum (Mom) Inactive Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Essex Posts: 5,518 | My mum and her partner are "Nana and Grandad" My husband's mum is "Nonna" and his dad (separated) is "Grandad" Their respective partner's are just "Gavin" and "Denise" It's only my mum's partner who we have called "Grandad" because I don't have a father and it's nice for Anna to have 2 grandaddies  |
