| Grandparent Names
Wasn't sure which area to post this but thought I'd try here. I'm due in november and have been thinking lately about what mine and my partner's parents will be called or want to be called.
Did you just stick with grandma and grandad?

I'm Currently Feeling:  | My MIL doesn't want to be called grandma or anything with gran or nana in it. I'm sad about that and I think it's a bit silly too. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | My mum wants to be called Nana and my dad Pa (as in grandpa). That´s what my nephew calls them. My DH´s parents are both long gone. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | My mum and dad are Grandma and G-Diddy (he thinks he's too young to be Grandad *rolls eyes*) and my OHs parents are Nan and Grandad. My mam didn't like Nan.

I'm Currently Feeling: | I guess DH's parents will be Nonna and Nonno. My mum is called Lally by her other grandchildren (the eldests attempt at pronouncing her name Sally) and my dad is Grandpa, which I like so think we'll go with that. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My mum and her partner are "Nana and Grandad" My husband's mum is "Nonna" and his dad (separated) is "Grandad" Their respective partner's are just "Gavin" and "Denise" It's only my mum's partner who we have called "Grandad" because I don't have a father and it's nice for Anna to have 2 grandaddies  |
