I want to SCREAM!

ARRRRRGGG

I am sooooo angry right now!!! My brother ordered me a Mario Kart Wii for my bday coming up and i was wondering why it hadn't arrived yet, i asked him about tracking and then i figured out he sent it to the wrong address!!! We moved homes a few months ago and he sent it to the old house!

and it's been delivered over a week ago!

THEN he says he got the address from my mom...who CLEARLY knows i moved, i don't know how she didn't update my address. AND THEN she says she just sent me a package of goodies and yep you guessed it...it's headed to the wrong house!!

I am so stressed now about it because, although i can go to the old house and check, i DOUBT whoever lives there will be truthful if they got a free mario Kart in the mail, know what i mean? I am so angry!

My OH posted a game to the wrong numbered house - we thought the same as you then I went round there and they'd sent it back to sender.

I'd go round sooner than later - you never know

yeah - I'd go see. We've had a parcel delivered to this address for a different name - someone who lived here before and I'd never dream of opening it so it just depends on who's moved in after you. It is illegal to open other people post after all, right?

update on this...

DH and I quickly ran to the old house, preparing to talk to whoever moved in there about if they happened to pick up our package...and well no one lived there! THANK GOODNESS! The parcel was sitting on the porch, weather beaten lol having been sitting there for a week. We're lucky no one else passing by the house noticed and picked it up or threw it away. We were lucky i think! I was in sweats i was so stressed haha.

There is still 1 package on its way that mum sent to the wrong address, so i'm going to drive by that old house everyday in hopes it shows up on the front porch! So glad things were not lost, phew!
